I returned two items from my first purchase ever on this site, same time, same box. Their response was to acknowledge one item so I had to write again. Then they responded that, Oh Yes, we did get two items. I waited and waited for the refund. When it didn't come, I started to attempt contact. Their phone number doesn't work, and so I got into multiple chats - time consuming chats. FINALLY i was told the refund appears on the ORDER date, which was a few weeks before they even received the return. Huh? Once I dug through my old transactions, sure enough there it was almost a month earlier. Why they do this, I'm not sure.
The garments were cute enough, but way overpriced. A sweater that has about the quality of a Target item was exorbitantly priced. I will steer clear of this company in the future.
