Purchased a sink from my local branch. On installation a small, chrome insert was missing. Contacted using the online Complaints service - took 7 attempts, spanning a month, to get an unsatisfactory response. The attitude given, when a response was received (which was not always the case), was "I can't help with that, it's not my department". Eventually told to return to branch - nobody took it upon themselves to own the issue and were quite happy to send the issue elsewhere. A self-service rather than a Customer Service
