The first room I was given had bloody vomit in the bathroom sink. The second one had a terrible odor, but I was so tired I just wanted to sleep. The bathroom light didn't work which made it down right dangerous. On top of that, the TV didn't work and the ice machine didn't work. This place is a dump. Stayed on 4/19/22.

I have repeatedly asked this company to remove my name and info from their website for two months now to no avail. Even with the Better Business Bureau's involvement they still refuse to. They say they can't find my name on their site, but it is clearly visible. I have filed complaints with the various California consumer help agencies and the Federal Trade Commission today. If anybody has this same problem with this company this would be a good start to get it removed and possibly get them fined and punished for this doing this.

This pertains to the body shop. I had work done on my vehicle and paid in full for it. I had one small issue with the repairs and took it back to have it inspected.
I encountered Chuck the body shop manager who angrily accused me of tampering with the repairs. I did no such thing-and proved it. After our exchanges became more heated I got my vehicle out of there as quickly as possible. Apparently the issue I had with my vehicle stemmed from me choosing the lower cost repair option- even though I was assured my truck would be repaired to the same working condition before the damage occurred. I would have probably had my vehicle repaired properly there at a later date if it was not for this belligerent, angry manager. This "manager" has no business being in any customer service related industry. Because of his attitude I will never use this shop again and I have, and will, do all that I can to tell people about my negative experience. I'll give 1 star because who ever detailed my vehicle when I initially picked it up did an excellent job. If you need body work on your vehicle -- find another body shop.
