My wife received a $25 gift card as a birthday gift a short while back. Recently, she went to use it on the site as directed on the card. However, the link has been removed from the site. So, I reached out to the company for assistance in redeeming the card. Their response via Misty in Customer Support - you must provide proof of purchase along with the card for redemption. Thinking maybe I wasn't wasn't clear the first time as it was a gift, I asked again. No answer. My wife gaining frustration, emailed as well. Three weeks later Misty responds again saying we need to provide the receipt of purchase along with the gift card as now listed in their FAQs. Crazy.
