I ordered 599.00 dollars worth of Xmas stuff for my kids they sent me the speakers but did not send the beats ear buds instead I got a switch case and beat earphones I have requested a return on the items that I received but they keep sending a email from a bot system saying to return the ear buds how can I return something I don't have? I'm starting to think this place is a joke below is what I received and what I ordered. How can this be messed up this bad?
