I am appalled by this company's service. I ordered an HTC phone case for my daughter one month ago today. We live in Brisbane Australia. Suggested delivery time was 6-12 working days. We're well past that now. When you try to track the order on the Zoxoro website in Australia it has remained "In Transit" ever since two days after the order was made. You can go to the shipping companies website and see that it is "In Transit To Carrier's US Operations Facility" 4 days ago! Attempts to contact them by both email and phone in Australia have met with silence (they say they generally get back to us within 2-3 hours but sometimes up to 24 hours - we are well past 24 hours now and still no response.
I also wonder about the deceptiveness of having a. com.au website - would make you think the goods were coming from Australia. You don't get any impression that the goods are coming from California.
Stop press 19/09/2016: the phone case arrived today a full two months after ordering! I had actually made application to get my money back from my credit card company two weeks ago. I still stand by what I said however - I never got an answer to numerous phone calls about what was happening. Crap service.
