Skip this store, they only post the product if they feel like it. These unprofessional people took my $155 for a product, and never sent it. Then when I contacted them asking where it was, why was it taking so long, I received NO response! Not one piece of acknowledgement that I'd contacted them! I shop online prolifically, I'm not inexperienced.
Extremely unprofessional THIEVES! Do not shop here. I'm contacting Dept of Fair Trading.

Waited over eight weeks for item, constant reviews of " arrival date" that never comes. Contact impossible offered refund but never processed. Refuse to answer emails We will contact Office of Fair Trading but fear my money is gone! Almost two hundred dollars. Scammers..

DODGY & FAKE!

Fake items, Fake Tracking numbers, Fake company.

This company operates by earning money off interest of tour payment they hold for 3 weeks.
Heres the process-
They list FAKE items, will then provide a Fake Tracking system & Tracking numbers that dont exist, and then advise they are refunding your payment.

You eventually get your money back after 3 weeks but they are making a fortune off just stuffing everyone around.
SHOP ELSEWHERE, Dont let them rob anyone else.

Don't order from Zoxoro! I ordered a product earlier this year, it took about 4 times as long to deliver as originally advised, by which stage I had moved overseas so couldn't receive the package. I contacted them numerous times requesting resolution and eventually a refund, and still have had NO response from them.
Also, they are not located in Australia as they portray.
Do not order from this site!

We ordered scientific equipment for Zoxoro weeks ago. Their 'tracking' is not showing where your order is, it is just their own made up graph. The order never arrived, we got an email after several requests for updates that they could not deliver the order. We hope we'll get a refund one day.
They have an Australian website address but are not an Australian company, another misleading piece of misinfo. Many other review sites also slam this company. My advice: do not use them.

Yes like all comments below ordered an item 28 06 16 with a promise of 6-12 working days today almost 2 months later still no item, still in transit, still no reply to 4 emails, still no return call, still no facebook message reply... they extend the delivery date every two days on my tracking order and all this time i actually was led to believe it was an Australian company realise after reading all feedback they are deceitful, uncontactable and quick to take your payment. Trust me a zero would be appropriate in ratings!

This site will not respond to about 15 emails requesting a cancelled order due to false advertising - they say they use express but do not and it is not until you confirm an order that you learn they take four days to process it for shipping - $350 spent and still no package - been in transit forever!. They will not reply to emails, and the only number available is to a message bank. I will be contacting consumer affairs and demanding a refund

Ordered an item from Zoxoro 2 months ago and like many other reviews I have read have experienced the same outcome. Zoxoro's Customer Support rep "Sheila" simple response is that the item is with the delivery contractor and simply keep checking the item using their tracking program. What a lot of bull $#*!. The company is not located in Australia as They lead you to believe but the US of A.

ORDER FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 1star is an over rating.

3 months... numerous shipping dates... total scam. Go somewhere else. Had to contact NSW OFT. And a credit card dispute with the bank. Will see if i get a refund.
These guys want your money... and provide a black hole...

I'm sorry to say you can add me to long (and ever growing) list of unhappy Zoxoro customers. I ordered a Christmas present for my husband (in early Nov 2106) which had an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks (plenty of time for a pre-Christmas delivery, I thought!)... It did EVENTUALLY arrive in Feb, but I was charged twice on my credit card for the exact same item that I only ordered one of. When I did eventually receive the goods, it was brown, when I ordered black! I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to get the matter resolved, but have been given the complete run around for nearly 5 months now. Thankfully, the item was less than $50, but it's not the point. I ended up being charged twice (almost $100) for an item that wasn't what I ordered in the first place and didn't even arrive in time for the occasion it was purchased for. These people are complete@#*! Holes.

Ordered an item that is still not delivered. Delivery keeps changing dates. I've called multiple time and emailed just as much to absolutely no response. I am disgusted with this company and will NEVER buy from them again.

I ordered from Zoxoro because they listed a genuine fujifilm battery for a camera I have. After waiting many weeks for delivery, I was shocked to find that I had been sent a cheap generic product. Contacted them by email to arrange a replacement, but have heard nothing since. I think the best thing to do with this company is avoid buying from them.

Couldn't deliver order within three months. Asked for refund, which I eventually got, then they recharged my credit catd ten days later for same amount. Now saying 'not us' and to take the matyer ip withvthd bank

Zoxoro website copied an Amazon website...
It is a bit confusing. I made an enquiry to Zoxor.com.au about the home theatre speakers a few weeks ago, but they never replied.
AMAZON needs to address this ASAP as this company ruins their reputation...

The first time I ordered an item from this company it took two months to arrive but did so eventually. The second time I was desperate to obtain an item which I could not find anywhere else after the manufacturer cancelled my order. A day later the manufacturer contacted me to explain why my order had been cancelled and I then tried to cancel my order with Zoxoro... they have ignored my emails and phone calls. I'll give them another couple of weeks to send the item or cancel the order and I'll be contacting Consumer Affairs. It looks like I'm down about $230... but I've now learnt the lesson. NEVER AGAIN and I would NOT recommend anyone else use this site.

Tip for consumers:
I have recently threatened Zoxoro with dispute action via my bank and a report to Consumer Affairs (among other things) Almost as if by magic their website is now claiming my order has left their warehouse in the US.

As of 31/12/2016 their Tracking Page is claiming my order is now in Australia. It looks like they need to be threatened with action before they send your items and they rely on a percentage of people not following up. They have still not responded to ANY emails.

I am appalled by this company's service. I ordered an HTC phone case for my daughter one month ago today. We live in Brisbane Australia. Suggested delivery time was 6-12 working days. We're well past that now. When you try to track the order on the Zoxoro website in Australia it has remained "In Transit" ever since two days after the order was made. You can go to the shipping companies website and see that it is "In Transit To Carrier's US Operations Facility" 4 days ago! Attempts to contact them by both email and phone in Australia have met with silence (they say they generally get back to us within 2-3 hours but sometimes up to 24 hours - we are well past 24 hours now and still no response.
I also wonder about the deceptiveness of having a. com.au website - would make you think the goods were coming from Australia. You don't get any impression that the goods are coming from California.

Stop press 19/09/2016: the phone case arrived today a full two months after ordering! I had actually made application to get my money back from my credit card company two weeks ago. I still stand by what I said however - I never got an answer to numerous phone calls about what was happening. Crap service.

Tip for consumers:
Never use them. I have never had a more disappointing online shopping experience. I think they are a bunch of sharks and should not be allowed to operate in Australia. I would give them zero stars for service if that was an option!

Ordered my soccer kit for my 3yr old son. Ordered it on the 23rd may. Expected delivery was 6 to 12 working days. Today's date is 29th june and still waiting. Each time i email them they say it's in transit. It suppose to be an Australian company but goods are coming from USA. Waiting from the bank to dispute to get my money back.

If you like honesty, integrity, good customer service and prompt delivery times, then stay the heck away from this company.

At first glace, they deceptively give the impression that they are based in Australia (Australian messagebank number and email address which fails fraud detection tests). Don't fall for it.

Also their internal 'tracking' system is baloney and doesn't marry up with the date that they actually dispatch the goods.

For example, I was told weeks ago that my item was dispatched only to find it was finally dispatched just a few days ago and is STILL in America, waiting to make the journey abroad to Australia.
So all that time I thought it was in transit (based on their lying automated email updates) it was probably sitting in some warehouse on the other side of the globe collecting dust.

I have requested a bank charge back and will be forwarding a complaint to the ACCC.

Briefly, Purchased an item for approx $600.00 (aus). Got refund thru our Bank. Horray! Next day saw Zoxoro had redebited our account for $600.00! Have bank dealing with it again. WARNING - CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU DO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND. Otherwise, they will double dip!

I made a purchase to the value of $44.99 including shipping on January 9,2017. At the time I could not find the product anywhere else.
They were very prompt in posting the sales confirmation, invoice and notifications of product purchase.
Then I received an email, "your order has been delayed". At this point I began to do some research on this "company", something I normally do before making a purchase. This time I didn't and it has come back to bite me.
After a further 2 weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel the order. My funds were returned on February 14,2017 and I thought that was the end.
On March 1,2017, the funds were again removed from my account under the same order number.
I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and am currently discussing options with my bank.
There should be an option for ZERO stars.
A WARNING TO EVERYONE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "SCAMPANY"!
