Ordered 24 sets of the 3 x cyclinder vase sets, only to have all 3 shipments arrive with broken vases. Not ideal but to be expected due to the poor packaging and lack of protection thanks to their use of an Amazon fulfillment center. Too be fair the quality is good on the complete items and price is also the best I found for this product type.
However, after requesting replacements, I was eventually given an ultimatum of accepting a refund or running the risk of having replacements sent which would NOT be replaced if arrived broken. (which they did.)
I never go off 1 star reviews when reading reviews about companies because they are often written by people who are emotional and very annoyed at that time. So for the sceptic reading this, I will include the companies response below for full transparency to my request for replacement of single items within a set and not a refund for these broken items (I required all 3 items in the set):
"As stated previously, we are more than happy to replace the damaged items for you; and have offered to make exception to our policy in consideration of your satisfaction. However, we certainly are within reason to advise you that this must be the final resolution. If you do not wish to accept the risk of another shipment, we can issue a refund for the damaged items; and you may proceed with a return of the remaining items for a full refund.
Do you wish to accept the final resolution offer of the replacements; or would you prefer the refund?"
This being in response to my request for 1. Better packaging from their fulfillment service as you can see in the images attached they came with no packaging and this was opened in front of the deliveryman after he expressed concern over the "broken glass sound" and 2. After requesting a complete set... I appreciate that it is difficult to ship glass items but the product purchased as in sets of 3. Your inability to 'break a set' to replace one item in a set is not of the customers concern. The outcome was that they shipped over the amount of sets to me, knowing full well that some items would arrive damaged despite their quoted 99.8% success rate for shipping glass. Fortunately I was able to work with these extras although incorrect sizes to complete the quantity required.
One final point to note: reviews on their site is provided through Yotpo reviews, an app that allows sellers to remove and unpublish poor reviews which says alot about their company in that they avoid 3rd party review sites which they cannot monitor.
