So this is obviously the end of CRC and their glorious business. I used to buy from them before a lot, and it was always precise and on time. Recent order disappeared in Hermes network. No delivery, no way to claim lost package. CRC has updates to their policy, basically once item is shipped, they are NOT RESPONSIBLE WHAT SO EVER. In addition CRC stripped all communication for customer service from their website, there is no way to contact them, no real email, no forms to fill, no chat system. Everything is automated and you will receive generic auto response that will lead you back to their website. Basically I lost 60 EUR and now I have to try to reverse payment because CRC does not have any customer support any longer. Terrible experience. Buy elsewhere, except Wiggle.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM CRC.

This company in Belgium owns 2 hotels in the city of Westende.
They basically the real estate company turned hotel business. Problem with them is that the lack of professionalism is beyond imagination.
So we booked with them for a weekend in Belgium.
They sent an email in bad French with some instructions. Ok. When we arrived, and read the instruction, the only comprehensive part was the code to access safe box.
The code works, but there were no keys!
Called numbers, no answer.
Heck, in reality the key was in a completely different building 5 km away by car. But the address and instructions are not clearly explaining that. Next day talked to them, what is amazing that no apologies and no immediate solution was offered. Just insisted how easy it is to open the safe... Who cares, when I had to call other hotels in the area to book at 1 at night! What is amazing is that they don't offer refunds either. We have to wait for at least a week to see if they can do it or not.

To summarise, they are basically a thieves, pretending to be a hoteliers. No honesty, no work ethic. Do not stay with them and avoid at all cost.
Preparing for a lawsuit now.

So we booked 2 nights with Belcasa Family Suites & Lofts in Belgium. Arrived late, but hotel gave us late check in instructions. We came to the hotel, opened the safe to look for the room key... Nothing! Here we go, midnight, 2 crying kids, middle of nowhere... So we booked elsewhere, next day went back just to learn that this hotel is just a branch of some real estate office, and the keys are actually in a completely different location 3 miles away!

So young lady at the desk promised us a refund, when the manager "comes back". Well, you guessed it correctly, the manager did nothing, but calling us liars, said we are "not smart enough" and hung up on us at the end.
I contacted Hotels.com and they told me that unless owner "wants" to refund the amount, no one could, because Hotels.com gives credit card number directly to the hotel.
So your best bet is to do chargeback with credit card company.

Here we go. Vacations ruined, lost 300 USD, and have not even entered this hotel.

So basically, any crook of a hotel owner, can charge money for nothing with the help of Hotels.com and we as customers can not do nothing about it.

So we always hear the problems on the buyers' side. However, ETSY is a complete scam ring, specifically for sellers.
I had my store for 2+ years with 100s of transactions. Everything was smooth, but I never invested too much, because I read reviews, like this one. There were no real profits, if you count shipping charges, ETSY fees, my invested time and overall experience. I considered it to be a self-sustained green house environment, where all profits went right back to listing fees and paying for materials; that is not a business for profit, more a charity on my part.
So this lady buyer purchased something from me with overseas shipping. And after 3 month opened a request for item not received! Leaves negative feedback and speaks very rude. So ETSY jumps in and refunds. Ok.
In a day or so I find my account suspended and entire seller balance TAKEN by ETSY. They STOLE ALL MY MONEY!

What is even more amusing is that I never received a human email with warning, instructions, asking me my side of the story... NOTHING! Not a single line, not a single email or message. ZERO.
So if you are a seller, expect that at some point you will be robbed of all your money and will not have a means to contact them to resolve this issue. Emails are not answered, as expected.
If you are a buyer on ETSY, you got a green light to cheat, lie, whatever. Claim not received, claim not as described. ETSY will refund you, but take down sellers account, together with whatever is in the accounts.
Just hoping this scam company will bankrupt itself soon enough.

UPDATE! I recently found an illegal charge on my credit card from ETSY.com. They take whatever amount they decided, without asking for my consent, without notifying me of a charge they are going to do, nothing. This activity, (to charge other people's credit card) without consent nor notification is a definition of INTERNET FRAUD. And they did exactly this.
So be aware, ETSY is an Internet scam website.
