Bought an item that took over 10 days to even be sent, had to send back as it had arrived to late. Contacted customer services who said although it was outside of the standard del time, I wouldn't receive a refund. I had also purchased the same item again on next day del so it would arrive in time and that came with a huge pull in the trousers so had to send back, they have said it will take up to 20 days to even decide if this is faulty or not and if they deem it not they will not refund me. Over £100 down with no refund given for faulty or items received far too late. Customer service never respond unless you hound them and then even when they do, it's incredibly cheeky responses.
