I received my human hair wrap around ponytail in deep body wave yesterday 2/27/20. But guess what? It was NOT what I ordered when I opened the box. The hair was rough to the touch, dried out, broken hair pieces inside the box and on my counter top when I ran my fingers through it. The hair was not deep body wave it was some ugly type of tight curly hair. I've been dupped! I can't reach any one in customer service, phone or email. I spent $100 on this and I want a refund and can't get it. You've been warned, I don't want this to happen to you.

I cannot say enough of how satisfied I am with my wedding picture that I ordered from your company to have it placed on a huge canvas. Your service was quick and my picture arrived with no damage. When I opened the box and saw how beautiful the picture looked and the quality, I was amazed. Thank you so much, you guys are the best. I definitely recommend anyone to give them a try you won't be disappointed:-)
