My order and confirmation shipment in early Feb never came. In late March I was informed I wouldn't be getting it and but then had to pay 5 x the amount for the product which if I had known wasn't coming I would have ordered elsewhere earlier. The product had run out. Reordered in faith that it would come this time. :)

Thank you for your honest feedback and I'm sorry to hear you had difficulties earlier in the year with our sanitizer. Unfortunately, the ethanol shortage at the time meant we could no longer have it made at the same price and the large volume of orders coming through resulted in some customers missing out on the stock we had ready made and in house. In saying this, it is certainly not an experience we want for our customers and we've been working hard throughout 2020 to improve our processes to minimize the impact of adverse events such as this.
We also appreciate that you gave us a second chance later in the year, and I hope the product met your needs.
