ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I WAS TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP BY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I SPENT 10 000 DOLLARS ON A BROKEN WATCH. TO COST ME 1100 TO RETURN IN LOST DUTIES AND TAX.ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I sold a BRAND NEW Uboat chimera on this site. Chrono24 asked me to set time and date watch twice...

Looking at the order number you provided for TC-1842027, we see that we canceled the transaction on the 6th of January and gave you return instructions to send the watch back to the seller for a full refund. It is within Chrono24 policy, that if the item is not returned within 14 days of the cancelation, the cancellation is withdrawn and the seller is paid out.
