My items were shipped from China, and were slow to arrive. They were poor quality - shapeless styles and low quality material. The returns website and chat "help" rerouted me back again and again to the same form which could not be submitted. Apparently they do not accept returns in actuality. Why else would I get this hopeless run-around? I will be donating my unusable items with tags still on to charity and hope this review will caution others away from this business.
