Do not let them fool you! We have already been to Mexico several times so we decided we would take our first trip that they supposedly offered to Orlando so we could go to Walt Disney World. Which was supposed to be 5 days 4 nights. I've tried booking this with them now for over a year! They kept telling me "those dates aren't available"! I also had emailed the booking agent that we had been dealing with several times asking for hotels that would be available on certain dates. No response for weeks! So I call and the lady I spoke with was RUDE! I thought maybe she was just having a bad day like some of us do sometimes so I tried not to take it personal. Well she finally sends me a list of 3 hotels to choose from in Orlando and once again not for the dates that I was needing! Thankfully my husband's boss was understanding and let him have the days off that THEY set for us. Then they send me an email explaining all the cost and fees and we were going to have to pay 510.00 extra because we chose Orlando instead of Mexico! So that means we had to pay the hotel reservation tax! Not happening! For starters the hotel we chose I could get a whole week stay there cheaper than what they were trying to charge me for 4 nights! So don't fall for it because trust me they weren't trying to give us any deals. All they care about it selling timeshares in Mexico so they are false advertising! And to be honest if Jackie hadn't been so Rude to me I probably would of just chalked this up as lesson learned and not stooped to this level of putting someone on blast. But in all honesty people need to be aware of this company and how they operate. As for you Jackie, with the Ext. 315 I hope you're having a better day today.
