Bookswagon delivered a book (Brida) which was supposed to be new, but was actually old and covered with rust like stains all over it's edges. After raising complaints, they finally sent me an email (1 week after delivery) that return pick up will be arranged soon. Now after that I never got any tracking details in email or SMS. Some guy from Ecom express came to pickup a return product early in the morning, and he didn't say he was there for Bookswagon. I had a Shirt from Myntra scheduled to be returned on the same day, so I asked him if that's the product. He agreed, picked the product, said that I will get an acknowledgment slip in SMS. I waited for sometime but never got any SMS, so I reached out to Ecom and they said that the tracking was actually for Bookswagon and not Myntra! Now we all know that same courier partners are used by different sellers. Only thing that can help a customer is sending tracking details on their phone/email. But till date not a single tracking sms has been sent to me. My wrongly picked up Shirt is lost somewhere in the mail, and I still have the old rusted Brida book with me! All thanks to the horrible service by Bookswagon and Ecom Express!
