The customer service team of Books-wagon is good for nothing,
I ordered few books of decent amount from books-wagon at the end of June, the order was shipped by Amazon shipping and expected to be delivered to me on 5th July, On 6th July when I tracked the order I came to know that the package is damaged and returned to the sender by their delivery partner itself.
So the order did not reached me, and returned back.
I contacted to the customer service team through mails, and I was assured that once the package is received back, they will refund the money within 1 or 2 days.
The package had been delivered to them last Saturday and now it's been 6 days, and nothing happened.
I asked them again and again by mails and call, to refund my money but the customer service team is just ignoring.
I get only one answer from them that once they will check the package then refund will be initiated.
From last 6 days they were not able to check a single package.
2 days ago when I called them they assured again that refund will be initiated till end of day but as usual nothing happened.
I don't understand why they are holding the customer money for the package, which was not even reached to customer.
Now they left me no option but to raise a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM.
