Told customer services about my problem. They informed me that the VPN I need to use should be a premium VPN to change my IP address to the desired country in which the code works in, and then my code should work. So I then made the additional purchase of the premium VPN, and tried all the different regions they told me to try and still my code is not working. I once again informed customer services about this and now to top it all off they are ignoring my emails.
Not very happy at all, I'd avoid at costs. As things stand, I've paid £33 for a product I cannot receive, and i'm being blatantly ignored but 'customer services'.
