Absolutely horrible business model - we placed an order for a part to fill a client's order of ours. 1 week later, I contact GES to see what's going on and they cancelled the order saying they couldn't get the part in. Is there not a simple check for inventory when the order is placed? We waited a week to find this out now we don't have that time to find a replacement!
