First they charge me 10x the cancellation fee listed on their website and after badgering them constantly with proof from their own website they claim its a technical error but won't change the fees. After im forced to accept they tell me refund processing takes 5-6 weeks! As ridiculously long that is, even still I haven't received my refund and they refuse to share the bank reference number
