Ordered a few bits for my sons bike and all have been packed well enough to protect them. Only small niggle is the website can take a while to load up new pages and sometimes have images missing which means guesswork on the part ordering (been ok so far!) had to contact customer service once and was answered almost immediately via email so that's a great help.
Tip for consumers:
Have patience waiting for pages to load!

Both staff there at the time were friendly and efficient and helped us by giving us a bigger car than 1st option as we had more luggage than anticipated! Car was very clean and full up with petrol.
