- Shipped: august 12th
- Status: delivered... in fact delivered back to the company cause they forgot to put my apt number
- Several attempts to contact the customer service, emails, chat, PayPal
- September 12th, contact on the phone, 10 mins wait to confirm they received the package, their excuse it can take a few time for a refund: they got it back since 4 weeks. The new answer is that they are very busy at the moment.
- they can't send back my package with the gift that i was supposed to have inside
- i asked for a promo code, to reorder at least the same stuff, they offered me 10% the same that is actually offered on the website.
PS; They kept sending me messages to review my amazing products that I never received.
This is the definition of audacity, keep thinking your customers are foolS OR you need to train your customer service and review your process.
