Received a chair from Ritconcept last week, it was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and now I am enjoying the comfort and look of it. The quality of the chairs and the customer service are great. Not bad.

It was so lovely to receive a cute email thanking me for my purchase. My shoe cabinet arrived in approximately a week! There are some leftover marks on the cabinet, it would be good for you to check the item thoroughly before sending, I also am aware this is a manufacturer issue too. Other than that the item is good (not worth sending back over) and delivery was fast. Thank you so much.
