There are a lot of very malicious and rude people on here with no social skills and are inept, they will leave crass and rude comments to users, and once you report them you receive a warning that you are harassing and bullying and misusing the report tool. It is a cesspool of men wanting to sext and take you off the platform within minutes of exchanging messages. The majority of users are only using the app primarily for an ego boost or have some sort of sick personality disorder and will try to invade your privacy. A lot of fake photos and ill intentions and out of the users you may find some genuine people but it takes time. It is difficult to find people that want to learn a language and like all the previous reviews has turned into a scam and dating site for married men and those seeking a VISA.

This is terrible place to get any sort of insurance from as they will not help at all and lack any accountability. An entitled woman shoved me off the road because she was talking on the phone and made my car roll half a dozen times and this terrible company failed to verify any information on the police report, if they had they would had seen that the person has a history of insurance fraud. Yelp removed one of my posts so I am going to post my real account of what happened on here. They only bring you despair and grief, I now have some disabilities from this and a ton of emotional distress and despair.

Very shady place, they will go all out to remove honest reviews which they did to my friend. I would suggest going elsewhere or having someone you trust to watch over your pets. I wouldn't suggest working with them either, it doesn't pay well and often times the owners will lie about their pets.

I placed an order online and my items didn't process correctly due to some internal billing error and they blamed this on my bank, I asked to cancel all my items yet they still sent out something from my order without telling me. Customer service is a joke, they don't even bother to answer my emails and every time it's a new person. My package ended up being delivered somewhere else and never made it to my apartment of course customer service was unhelpful and rude. They promised to give a refund and they never did and dealing with this company is a nightmare with a many imbeciles ripping you off.

I am disgusted and appalled how customer service doesn't do anything to resolve issues instead they give you around 2 hours to submit some paperwork and quickly try to shut down your case. I got ill from a house I stayed in and left immediately and the greedy owner of course refused to give back my money. Customer service was no use just a bunch of generic replies. The worst part is you can't leave an honest negative review because it won't be posted. Collusion and deceitful.

I am fully aware of the policies that are supposedly implemented on this site that you need 50 dollars to withdraw and the first time it can be 15, but the way this site is set up, you will answer a few questions and then never get any more. So, Amber, don't be accusing others of giving up or not understanding the policies. Your site is a piece of trash and allowing students to be lazy and cheat.
