This company send stuff thru fed x casue it is cheapest BUT it takes 10 days IF it even gets here in 1 piece. Medicines folks are waiting for and they literally go thru every state and still isnt here. Nope never again.

I ordered 6 dog toys got an email they were processing. - over a week later checked and said still processing - so i called It is State line tack that runs it she told me all my items are on backorder... NOT 1 notification was i given. ALSO THEY CHARGED MY CC 2 TIMES FOR THE SAME EXACT ORDER.!. THEFT and they didnt even try to hide it... HORRIBLE customer service. They should be shut down. DONT waste your time or get aggravated.stay FAR away from this company. If you can call it that.

THEY DONT TELL YOU YOUR ITEMS ARE BACKORDERED THEY JUST LET YOU THINK YOUR GETTING THEM

Damingers is a family run business that has exceptional workers, they truly care about the customers, and will order you exactly what you need at exceptional prices. Friendly, courteous, will load your car for you and answer any questions you have. They also call you back when your items are in. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your pets needs.

STAY AWAY. Since new owners bought it it is a joke. They dont call you back, they say they cant find something that was ordered there before, they RIP you off ridiculously, and are rude to boot. When the original owners had it it was run professionally, Unfortunately, now it is just an overpriced waste of time. Wont go back..

I do rescue, i have dogs on there. You pay a fee, they dont register it when you have paid for a renewal, so it expires. You call and call, leave messages, no call back no fix of the problem. What happens if your animal is missing? You call and hold and no one gets back to you? This is the worst run company i have ever had to deal with. If i had known i would have gone with someone else. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
