They don't display free seats during web check in and entire seats are displayed as paid seats. Worst seats are not allocated even if one opts for Auto check in. You need to arrive early at the airport and check in thru kiosk or pay at the counter wherein seats are allocated on different rows even to couples traveling together unmindful of their medical needs. I experienced this on Flight 6E5281.
Have to to aviation ministry that 75% of seats should be displayed under free seats category instead of airline displaying almost all seats under paid category and no option of choosing two adjoining seats unless you don't pay them.
No surprise it's tagged the worst airline.
