I would like to outline the extremely horrible experiences I had to undergo in 3 out of the last 4 bookings I had with IndiGo. The amount of mental harassment I have suffered & the callousness which was directed at me leaves me utterly shocked. Flight 1 - kolkata to mumbai on 16.9.22; on 15th afternoon I received an SMS just saying flight cancelled. No alternative options were given. I had to make separate arrangements at high costs. Flight 2 - went ok enough from gauhati to Kolkata Flight 3 - Doha to Kolkata via Hyderabad on 29.11.22. I found out through the app that my transit destination had been changed without a single communication to me Flight 4 - Kolkata to Jaipur via delhi at 11-45 on 20.12.22. On reaching the airport I was told at the counter that the 2nd flight has been cancelled. Alternative arrangements were made via Mumbai by Indigo but I had to spend a sleepless night. Also & this bit is extremely unfortunate. The ground crew are liars of the highest order. I specifically inquired whether in Mumbai (transit destination) I would need to change terminals I was told no. Also. Since this booking was a corporate 1 the rescheduled booking by Indigo should have been a corporate 1 as well with meals. I was offered a mean on the 1st leg of the rescheduled journey but not the 2nd. Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action. Along with this the lack of basic services - like mailing the boarding mass when u do web check-in (even indigo employees privately say they don't receive the boarding passes), minimum comfort & food on international flights. I am utterly fed up & have made up my mind never to travel IndiGo again. Any opinions regarding how to seek redressal by legal means would be very welcome.
I tried to book today online in your own app and even website three times but its always "transaction initiated". Horrible announcement with no clarity and muffled pronunciation in the gate change announcement, and in spite of being at the right gate 30 minutes before, was denied entry because the bus had left. Senior Citizens like us were left high and dry with no alternative solutions for the next flight. Bad attitude of ground staff, who sent us from pillar to post with no empathy. Left us stranded with no help.
Tip for consumers:
Depressed after this experience. Have travelled all over the globe recently, but never an incident like this. Makes me feel that being a senior Citizen in India is a sin.

Well worst trip ever with Indigo…I am not going to travel again and recommend everyone not to use the airline trust me guys they charged extra cost for late and simple blamed that web check in not done but I was done my web check in one day before successfully. Because of this $#*!ing flight service im missing my important interview.

Indigo does not welcome international travelers. The travelers are not informed of required documentation or not provided in the website prior to check in.
The check in coordinators are biased for trip organizers.
Waited for 2 and half hours before check in. Rushed check in at the last minute and was informed baggage might get out baggage only next day
Upsetting experience!
Will not fly or recommend indigo for anyone flying from USA or Canada.
I purchased a ticket and was charged, but received nothing. It took me over one month to actually get money back. Oh wait, I am still waiting…
Be prepared to bring a book. If you don't arrive with 3 hours to spare, you'll end up missing your 6:30AM international flight BECAUSE THEY CLOSE THE CHECKIN DESKS EVEN THOUGH THE DEPARTURE LOUNGE WILL BE VIRTUALLY EMPTY WHEN YOU GET TO SPEND THE INEVITABLE TWO HOUR WAIT THEREIN.

I traveled yesterday from Indigo airlines from Goa to Lko. As soon the flight took off it was having soo much of sound from the wheels it was like it will crash.
Then the flight when landed at the lko Airlines crew was saying that it's raining ramp is slippery but then also they all didn't wait for the people to get down they removed tha ramp matting.
Then when I get down the crew was trying to touch which I got very offended. Lucknow crew member needs training.

Train ur staff that they are not allowed to touch female passengers.
BOM-LKO. Flew on Indigo thrice and all 3 flights were delayed. Paid extra to book seat of choice and meal. Check-in staff extremely rude and unfriendly. Cabin was not as clean as they rave about. Inflight cabin service without a smile. Only cold meals served. They also charge for wheelchairs with fares comparable to full service carriers. Not my choice and not recommended. Very pricey for a 'low cost airline'.
Shameless airlines with pathetic staff. My flight from Istanbul to Delhi got cancelled and the airlines promised compensation for the same, but the representative vanished from the sight without any reimbursement or compensation. Not expected from such group. Highly disappointed!
My sister, neice and my mother were traveling by Indigo flight. My mother is 70 years old, I had booked wheel chair assistance, it was mentioned that the assistance was in waiting list. When they reached the airport it was mentioned no wheel chair assistance would be provided. They reached the airport close to 3 hrs in advance.
The front desk did not even help with other paid assistance wheel chairs. They simply ignored my sister's requests.
Departure was at gate 85, later it was changed to Gate 35. Again my mother had to walk such long distance without any assistance from the airline crew. Pathetic service.
At least the crew could have guided the family to a paid wheel chair assistance at Mumbai airport. Overall the staff is not supportive to senior citizens

Indigo is one of the worst Airlines in India due to there careless staffs and crew members, they just care about there business instead of the passengers.
They don't display free seats during web check in and entire seats are displayed as paid seats. Worst seats are not allocated even if one opts for Auto check in. You need to arrive early at the airport and check in thru kiosk or pay at the counter wherein seats are allocated on different rows even to couples traveling together unmindful of their medical needs. I experienced this on Flight 6E5281.
Have to to aviation ministry that 75% of seats should be displayed under free seats category instead of airline displaying almost all seats under paid category and no option of choosing two adjoining seats unless you don't pay them.
No surprise it's tagged the worst airline.
Always late, very inconvenient, not maintaining time at all. Neither start in time nor reach the destination.
Indigo flight to Agartala (6E989) today morning is delayed by 2 hours. All passengers are stranded. Passengers expect better service in terms on meeting schedules.
In Delhi airport, I mentioned I carry my hand-bag but Indigo employee told me don't worry Indigo will take care, you'll receive it in Lucknow airport, but now my handbag was completely damaged.
In the airport, I saw the hand-bag front was damaged, so I complained to staff who were present in the airport Nitya Gupta and Abhishek.
After reaching home, I checked my handbag, the wheel was broken, another wheel was totally damaged and the handle was not working, it was stuck.
I wrote an email to '*******@goindigo.in' and '*******@goindigo.in', on September 09,2022 till now I don't receive any updates, even I mentioned clearly I want to repair my handbag.
Really it was completely waste of time, I recommend don't fly with Indigo.
I had booked flight from Madurai to Chennai for 10/02/23 8:15 pm. At 5:00 pm I receive a call that the flight is canceled. No other ticket available. Had to book Tatkal on train for 3000 rs. No refund of the flight charge yet

Be careful while booking indigo’s Madurai Chennai 8:15 pm flight 7253. Either gets cancelled without sufficient time or highly delayed

I purchased two flights from IndiGo and both have been needed to be rebooked. This is NOT a reliable airlines. I will never book from them again.
I would recommend people not to fly with Indigo specially to an international destination. This is out of my worst experience that I've ever had on any of my international travel. The company cancelled the flight from KL to Chennai without even intimating us. When we reached the airport we were told that the flight is cancelled. Worst of all, they did not make any arrangement for me even when I requested them that I had to catch a flight to Denmark the very next day. The guy in KL airport was quite helpful, he tried to accomodate me and my family considering the situtaion. There were 5 no shows on another flight that was going to Bangalore, but the guy who had to authorise the change completely denied. I have never seen a prick like that in my life. He was not even ready to listen to me. In the end they didn't even give me accomodation for the wait period and I missed my flight to Copenhagen.
I am not satisfied with the staff behaviour... They are not polite with less job knodledge... they just operating a bus.
