I had 3 different incidents with returns where Yoox does not process some of the returns in the order and since it has happened to me 3 times now, I am sure that at this point there's either people at the warehouse who steal your returns and don't process it, or the company intentionally does this hoping that you won't notice. The last item that they did not refund me for is the most expensive dress in the order for $297. All the dresses I returned had tags attached and I only kept one dress, so I got 5/7 refunds instead of 6/7. Please document by video at the post office when you have to return your stuff back for a refund. They are unbelievable. I won't risk buying anything from them again.
