UPDATE: Imprint has repeatedly contacted me to apologize and either send me the one stake missing or refund me for it. After calming down a bit... I did appreciated the apology and the effort put forth to fix this issue so Im raising my rating from one to three stars. If there is any issue with your purchase CALL them right away. Don't use their ticket system.
ORIGINAL:
I bought five yard signs from them with stakes so that I can put them... in yards. They sent me four stakes instead of the 5 I paid for. I tried clicking on the order and opening a ticket TWO times to have them send me the stake so that I can use my last sign.
Finally i decided to call them and they literally told me they couldnt help me because it was past a seven day period. SERIOUSLY!? Then, when I looked for my support tickets on their site... they were no where to be found. So I couldn't even prove I had contacted them right away.
Apparently they can't take care of a simple error on their part. I will never get my signs from here again. I can't imagine how it would have went if it was a more expensive mess up.
