I don't want to get roped into receiving incessant phone calls from a company I may not want to engage with.

Reason I chose this business:

I am looking for help to resolve a tax issue, but I have ALS and can't talk well. A phone call won't do much good unless my wife is available. I only chose Optima because of the ads I've heard on the radio.
