Completely crab website. Don't buy anything from them! I was sent a cheaper version of the bag I originally purchased which was slightly different shape. I emailed photos to get it sorted and they never got back to me. The customer service barely speaks English so it's like to talking to a wall. Overall I had to pay £25 customs clearance because they put wrong weight on it just to pay less for the postage. Emailed again but I never heard from them. Oh and the bag end up being a fake one! I would never but from this people again! Completely rip off.
