Ordered a dress (165) and paid shipping making it 192 it took a month to come. When it came it was a beautiful dress but sizing was all wrong (too big some parts/too tight others/zip would not go up etc) I contacted Shillas customer service they asked me to send them photos of the dress on me and to point out the problems which I did they accepted that the dress was not for me and also told me they would accept&refund my dress! Also their customer service emails dont come to my inbox til 2 AM (Irish time), after days of slowing down the process with silly emails they tell me they will only offer a 10% refund (16.50) and for me to keep the dress? This is an outrage! *please note that no info about a refund came with the dress only an invoice saying that it cost 10 us dollars which is false* if anyone else has had bother&some how succeeded in getting a refund from Shillas please contact me!
