Don't order from these folks if you are on any kind of a deadline. They packaged my mug loosely in cardboard only, with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it from the normal process of shipping. Of course the mug arrived in pieces! I had paid extra for the fastest shipping available, so they should have been able to afford to put some decent packing material in there. When I emailed them for a replacement, they blamed the situation on the fact that they're just a small startup company, and they refused to ship a replacement overnight to me so that I could meet my deadline. This company cuts corners, so don't risk your money with them.
