I do not recommend this website. I bought a dress on December 8th. The expected ship date was Nov 24th. November 24th comes and goes. Now I'm getting anxious. I contact HBH several times and got no response. I started leaving comments on their IG. They finally got back to my email and told me that the ship date is being pushed back to December 20th, nearly an entire month. Trying to reach someone from this company and getting your order is stressful. This entire transaction has been very overwhelming to me. Seeing influencers do unboxing videos for the dress you're getting the runaround about is very distressing. They all say it took a week for the dress to get to them. I would never shop here again honestly. I recommend businesses like Ms circle or cb boutique for birthday dresses. They are reliable and have better customer services. HBH is sleezy. They took the money from my account but then they act like you're bothering them when you inquire about the status of your order. This company is all about looking good on social media. They have influencers pull you in with their content and they post pretty pictures that's all. It's a cash grabbing company please don't shop here. They continue to have "drops" but aren't fulfilling orders unless you're someone of "importance" in their eyes. Not all customers are important to them. They value someone w/ a high following over someone who spent their hard earned money. They said "As an environmentally friendly brand, we only produce limited, exclusive batches of our designs which is why we open up pre-order once a batch sells out." Please don't shop here.

I've been buying from her since 2016. Her hair used to be top tier, thick from root to tip, no shedding (unless u cut the weft), no tangling, and would last YEARS. I still have old bundles from way back that looks better than the newer rubbish that she sells now. I didn't mind the price when the hair was good, but now the quality is terrible and she also increased prices. Her bundles used to be wider than my arm span and now its much shorter. She skimps on her bundles now and thought no one would notice. I do not recommend her hair ANYMORE! Once upon a time her hair company was in it's own lane! Now her hair is comparable to aliexpress.
