I have used the portal to submit a ticket AND the WhatsApp account the contacted to confirm measurements. Dress ordered 3/9,15 day lead time to ship, paid for express shipping. Should have been here 3/27 and it still is processing and not even shipped. Wedding on 4/4 and I had to go buy another dress. And still don't have my money back. Don't buy from them.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t go based on what they say for lead time to ship. It’s been 21 days and still not shipped.
