They are scammers. They may pay out very small withdrawals, but as soon as you win big and try to withdraw, they claim you have to be vetted by the fraud department. After numerous months of promising me I would receive my winnings 'within a few days', they finally sent a fraction of it, promising to send the rest soon, which they never did.
Most of the time the customer support answers messages with the same copy-paste replies that clearly show they don't bother to read your text. Occasionally, I would receive an 'excuse' like claiming they are understaffed temporarily so there will be a delay. It's all BS. They strung me along for ONE AND A HALF YEARS, occasionally showing promise when I'd periodically (every few weeks or months) send messages. Then they had the fraud department contact me and demand documentation as well as for me to take a video of me playing the BINGO game in which I won over $500, and requiring me to reach a minimum high score they set. JUst asking that is ridiculous, but then every time I tried to do it, I'd get a bingo card in which such a high score is not possible. Total manipulators.

For months I kept quiet, then tried again...just to have them either ignore messages (for weeks) or send stupid repeat copy paste replies.

Yesterday, I sent them a message after they did not reply to numerous previous ones, saying simply: YOU ARE CRIMINALS and should be ashamed.

When I tried to sign in today to see if they replied, I found they had terminated my account, claiming 'user fraud' with no explanation of what fraud I was being accused of.

Don't give them money.
Don't waste time appealing for winnings.

The games are fun but only if you don't play with cash.

Fortunately, I did not put much money into the site. They sent me only $115 of the over $800 they had owed me. (It's so long ago, I can't recall the exact number but I believe it was like 878)

Everything others are saying are true. They do not send winnings and string you along for months and months saying you have to be vetted by thier fraud team. I was vetted, and they finally sent a FRACTION of my winnings ($110 our of $875) and said the rest would come "within a few business days" over and over again for weeks and then months. I was patient and polite for a long time but finally got negative in my customer services tickets. They ignored it for days then answered with the same canned response saying my account was being investigated again by thier fraud team to assure compliance with terms. Probably they will find a clause in terms saying impolite words in the customer support gets you banned, and they infuriate you after weeks and months just in order to make you lose patience.

I am attaching screen shots of just one of my numerous interactions with customer service. It's the THIRD long thread of such interactions. Absolutely unconscionable behavior.

They will never pay your winnings. The amount they paid me is a tiny fraction of what I won. There is no excuse for this.

However, if you read terms and conditions carefully, it says:

"If the total amount of winnings accumulated on a money player Account exceeds the sum of 100 EUR, DuelCash shall prevent the user from playing any more money games and request the player to either identify themselves by providing a valid identification or withdraw a certain amount to have a resulting balance on the bank account which is less than 100 EUR. When DuelGmes accepts an identification as valid, the limit to the bank account of the player will be set to 5000 EUR. DuelCash reserves the right to raise or lower this limit at any time and without giving a reason. The withdrawal is carried out per the conditions listed in sections 3. 2. 2 and 3. 3. 4. In addition, if the total amount of winnings accumulated exceeds the amount of 100 EUR, DuelCash may also transfer the funds that are over this limit onto one of the bank accounts specified by the Player upon registration, discharging DuelCash from the corresponding balance.

3. 2. 3. Proof of Identity

For security reasons, DuelCash is authorized to withhold funds until proof of identity can be confirmed. In cases such as these, the user shall be obligated to send a copy of his personal ID or passport, along with a written request to withdraw the funds, including his bank information."

Tip for consumers:
If you want to play games for free, the games are fun. However, they never give you winnings, and you can expect ongoing frustration with their delay tactics and constant false promises of "kist a few more days" only to ever send it for months.
