I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by your Legazpi delivery team.
Not only did they withhold my package from October 4th, 2023, until October 17th, 2023, which is when it was delivered, but they also incorrectly updated the delivery date in your tracking system.
According to your tracking system, the package was falsely marked as delivered on October 8th, 2023, instead of the actual date, which was October 17th, 2023.
As a customer, I believe that a reputable company like LBC should prioritize transparency in their services and refrain from inputting incorrect information in their system to portray an image of efficiency to the public or LBC's management.
I have attached a screenshot that shows the static image from when your delivery personnel arrived to deliver the package. Please look at the top left corner of the picture to verify the date and time.
I hope that the management will thoroughly investigate this matter, as it is a significant issue. Such incidents can significantly erode the trust that customers place in LBC's services.
