I have purchased a insulated log cabin but when it arrived one batch was missing. We contacted the company and it took 10 days to receive but they did not deliver what was missing! I have called them to get an explanation still no response! They did not all the nails we need. My log cabin is now part build for 3 weeks but not sure when we can complete. Instructions are not very clear either.

Tip for consumers:
The company reccommends xabin to be built within 4 weeks of receiving but unfortunately they have failed to deliver all the parts.
