I sent an iPhone 11 Pro Max to them as they were offering a good price, there was not a mark on it but they then claimed there was heavy use marks all over it and was not as described and ended up taking about 80 percent off the offered price I refused their revised offer and had the phone sent back in my personal opinion they are not truly honest in their dealings
