“Charged credit card upfront for a full service and refused to refund based on anthem contract”

They made me chase my own tail between the provider and the plan each saying the other needs to pay it or refund it and they were not supposed to charge me upfront to begin with.
Very unethical practice.
It only got resolved when submitted a complaint to managed care department.
