I have ordered from lollicouture a few times as far back at 2015, my last order was 1/28/18 and I have had no problems at all UNTIL NOW! I placed my order on 4/4/19 and I have not gotten it yet despite their shipping policy clearly stating it should have shipped by now; I understand things happen and there are delays, but I have emailed you and gotten no response and this is not acceptable at all!

I am waiting on hold right now to get an update on my order as I have emailed you now 3 times and gotten no responses.
I WANT AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER AND I NEED A CALL OR EMAIL BACK OR YOU NEED TO RETURN MY MONEY NOW! IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT YOU CANT EVEN CONTACT ME BACK ABOUT MY ORDER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR COMPANY, BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TAKEN A NOSE DIVE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN! YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO MY REVIEWS BECAUSE I AM ABOUT TO BLAST YOU ON ALL AVAILABLE AVENUES.
