All they care about is money, customer care isn't a concern for them. You get a new phone and number? Well if you can't get in to your email better be ready to hand over your debit or credit information so they can help you simply recover your account one time. I personally won't be using their services ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services either. A one star review for the service I have received is generous.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t lose your password or be ready to open your pockets.

I ordered two items from them expecting delivery in 5-10 days however it still hasn't arrived after a little over two weeks

Have had a Yahoo account for decades and have to admit, they've went so far left it's almost...
