Recently, I wrote an a well deserved scathing review of CARiD. After I did so, they FINALLY reached out to me. After me refusing a lame $#*! $30 gift cert. Which wouldn't've covered anything, I got a call from the wheels manager Justin. He apologized ALOT re: the way he treated me. He arranged for multiple refunds and after believing me, has tried hard to clean up their side of it. AFter all that bull$#*!, it's now MotoMetal who has the actual issue. For my model wheel, all the blanks that they received from China (which is where ALL wheels are fabricated) where bad/out of round.
To this day I still have no wheels. Hoping this gets resolved this week. Right now, I'm working with Wheel Pros/MotoMetal directly in order to actually get rims that are round (go figure). This has gone on for OVER A MONTH.
