This is a scam please don't pay them anything, I paid for two visas 330 US Dollars they then asked for money, it's a total fraud and scam!
I can't believe I fell for it. They have about 5 different numbers on their website to contact and they don't answer, please please don't fall in this trap. I did speak to an agent she was Pakistani but was also complete fraud.
I can't believe I have given all the my info to them, God save us!

I applied for an e-visa, they took my money, promised a visa in 3-4 days. It's been 2 weeks, no visa no response. It's a scam, stay away.

Do not trust any good review on this business. They are probably postedby their own employees or something. Check for your self on trustpilot and other well known rating websites to confirm. You will see that dubaievisaonline has a very poor rating.

This website is a complete scam. I have applied for UAE visa unfortunately without knowing you can apply through more trusted channels like the airline companies (Emirates, Air Arabia and Etihad). They charged me 500 USD for 14 day visit visa (don't think such a thing even exists. The visit visa is 30 days on any other channel)for 3 persons (including my infant daughter). They charged me a full visa fee for an infant! (btw through emirates website, the visa for an infant is free). It says on their website that the visa is processed in 3-4 days. Whenever I inquire about the status of my request it says "Under Embassy". I sent many emails to their support but got no reply. After 8 days without anything happening, I communicated through their Whatsapp chat. It felt like a bot not a real person talking to me. I persistently asked for a refund but she wouldn't give any straight answer to any of my questions. She kept saying "Our team will update you soon", "delay in embassy" etc. She refused to start a refund. I decided to contact my bank and report the transaction as a fraud and cancelled my credit card just in case. I applied for the Visa through emirates website and the total charge was 220 USD for 30 days visa (compared to 500USD and no visa by these frauds). I will still contact the Ministry of Tourism of Dubai to warn them that there are scams such as these sites. Hopefully they can get them discredited or removed from existence.

Tl; dr They aren't aware of UAE visa requirements and get things wrong. They will leave you out to dry and charge you insane amounts for services, and even then leave you stuck

- They are unaware of UAE visa requirements. They put the wrong name on my visa (in UAE your name should include your father's name)
- When asked to correct it, they charged $250 for cancellation + $600 for a new visa (a total of almost $1000!)
- I was desperate, stuck in the airport and trying to leave. So I paid them $1000 at 10am on Friday, being guaranteed a new visa in 4 hours
- As soon as they got payment, they stopped replying to my messages. By 5pm Friday, the immigration office was closed. At 7pm, they told me I will have to wait until after the weekend for my visa (48 hours)
- On top of all that, the prices they charge are about 3x of what the UAE government actually charges for services, and 2x what other competitors offer. (I was stupid enough to pay more thinking I was paying for quality)

Have you asked yourself why they have majority worse rating and if the alleged users praising them are really customers?
Maybe once in a while they may issue out real visa to customers, but that's bait and switch.
If I dupe every 8 out of 10, and I am a good towards 2, I am getting good at scamming.

My story:
I reached out to this alleged visa processing agent agent to help me process my visa application to the UAE. This is an E-visa, so everything i submitted was done online and payment of $195.30 was also made online. The Visa take a maximum of 4 days to process. However, I waited for 2 weeks and the Agent kept telling me that the Visa was still processing at the embassy and after a while stopped communicating with me. When I finally demanded for the Visa application number/reference number and receipt number so I could check it on the UAE immigration's website, the Agent refused to provide it. Rather, they immediately sent me a fake Visa rejection document with no evidence that the Visa was ever submitted for processing. This is a purely fraudulent website and Agents and they will keep duping people if nothing is done about it. Lastly, since I actually uploaded my Passport data page to them and provided other personal info as requirements for the Visa processing, I am concerned about my identity theft and the havoc they could do with my details. This is not just me, there are a lot of people falling into their hands, who are been duped even without knowing it.
