The interface is not user friendly.
They do not guarantee your items will arrive in mint condition.
They refuse to give any refund for your broken and damaged items.

I consolidated a package of several funko pop I purchased all this time. I received many of them damaged, some more than others. I contacted them and forward2me told me its fedex fault. So they asked for pics and told me they would decide. Guess what? They decided the box wasn't damaged and fedex won't do anything. So forward2me is like "oh well, too bad, anyway..."

My funko pops all have creases, but three are totally messed up, one has the top left corner of the box broken and the cellophane coming out, the other has a clear vertical line which looks like it was accidentally made with a cutter or some other tool, others are bent over on the back, etc.

And I KNOW it's not the original sellers as the pop with the broken corner, I had asked Forward2me to take pics on arrival and the pop was PERFECT, so they ruined it not the seller. Also asked pics of the pops from funko.com and again, perfect pops in the 3 pics provided yet they arrived with creases, bent bottoms and all that. The pop with the vertical line, I didn't ask pics of BUT I immediately contacted the seller after getting this consolidation box and the seller provided pics of the item being shipped. No vertical line spotted at ALL.

It's forward2me fault that my items arrived damaged. They refuse to compensate me for the damage. My pops are now useless as any collector knows the box is a huge part of funko pops.

Follow my advice. Don't use this forwarder. It's very very confusing on too of being careless and damaging your items. To explain you how their website isn't customer friendly, I'll tell you this:

They won't let you edit custom declaration yet they put the data all wrong. And the option of you telling them beforehand what's your product is totally ignored. Twice I used this option, described the package content, price, seller and twice they automatically added another entry with THEIR faulty data instead of following mine so I had to contact support.

Imagine having to go to support for each and every package you receive because they get it wrong. Everything I bought was funko pop and the declaration for customs was all over the place. Putting "toy figure" for one then "marvel the cat figure" for other then "figure" then "toy plastic funko". Literally a nightmare to get them to rectify.

They are terrible. Do not use.
