Ordered 2 gift cards for QVC 11/30/20. Was advised they shipped 12/2/20, First Class mailing, to allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Now 12/16 and still now cards, cannot reach by phone and email supplies only a ticket number, no further response. USPS says First Class is 2-3 days for delivery, NOT 7-10 days. Am filing complaint with BBB and possibly Atty. General. Will also file dispute with credit card company. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Since posting this review, I recv'd an email from CashStar stating my charge card would be credited the $50.00, minus any money spent. Doesn't say much if somebody else stole the card and used it, however, was surprised at receiving the email. Not sure who is responsible for the refund... BBB, QVC Corporate Headquarters or my charge card company. The case remains open with my card company until the refund is credited which may take up to 7 days per CashStar. I have not yet notified the BBB; will do so when I get my refund. In the meantime, ordered cards from Amazon; delivery tomorrow!
Update: After filing a complaint early morning with the BBB (and QVC Corp. as CashStar was acting as their agent and my credit card company) I received a response from CashStar that very afternoon that a credit would be issued for the $50.00. My credit card company notified me the next day of the credit received and would be cancelling their investigation. The BBB contacted me a 2 days later to see if they could close the case. A big thanks to the BBB and my credit card company who also joined the fight.
