I wish that I would have googled for reviews of this site before I ordered a month ago. The order was placed on July 6 and my credit card was charged on July 7. An email came that my order was shipped on July 7. On July 14, I went on the site chat and they said that my order would be shipped that day. On July 21 again they said it would be shippped that day. The UPS tracking showed no track after my order number. Then on July 25 on chat they said that my order was being shipped and I would be credited for $31 for a product not shipped. I contacted them every day until my order finally came on July 29, three weeks after the credit card was charged. The order was one item short. I persistantly contacted them every day on chat and they kept throwing me off chat. There is no phone number to contact them. Finally yesterday, August 4, I was credited $10.50 for the item not sent. If I had not been so persistant, I am sure that I would never gotten my order or received any of the credits. I will never order from this company again. Be forwarned.
