The service is new and they don't have a good procedure but guys definitely know what to do. My phone was rooted and service I bought installed. It took a bit more than 1 hour

“You have to pay for trial and support doesn't exist”

I tried different software and at some point decided to buy spyzie. First of all, you have to pay for their 'trial'. Installation is difficult and when I tried to get assistance I just couldn't get a hold of anyone. Their service is a joke
