I ordered a set of wheels and tires from them on 1/14. The expected ship date, was 2/14. I changed my mind about the wheels since my tech said they would be too big for the car, so on 2/20, I called to change my order. They said that since I ordered "Custom" wheels, I couldn't cancel the order. Claiming that the manufacturer has already begun to press the wheels. I highly doubt that, because how ITF are off the Shelf Asanti ABL-22 Alpha 5s - Custom? They have these wheels in stock all day at discount tire, so i know theyre not custom. So why is carID refusing to edit\cancel my order? BAD Business Practices.
