I ordered a softball glove for my daughter and 8 days later the order status still said "in process". No response to e-mails and several phone calls. To make matters worse, when I call, the automated service puts me on hold and plays the entire Abbott and Costello "Who's on first" routine. I definitely was not in the mood! I finally hung up and was able to communicate with someone via chat. They proceed to tell me that the glove is on back order and they can't say for sure when it will come in. I cancelled the order and bought from another company. When I placed the order, the website said it was in stock otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time! I don't know how they are still in business!
